Called Ray at Raleigh Fireplace . I told him I could not come to the shop due to my health condition. He made an appointment for early Oct. He had shipped me folders of his recommendations prior to the appointment. He recommended the 616 style fireplace. The Fireplace order was place and installed on OCT 30. I was very pleased with Fireplace install, the Custom Fireplace surround back plate delivered 6 weeks later. I recommend Raleigh Fireplace because they do what they say and then do it. They are very busy Thanks giving till Jan so plan for a install during off times for gas logs. My daughter order logs 2 weeks after mine . Will not install until mid Jan

I sent them a message about replacing our old buck stove insert with gas logs. John replied back that a gas insert would be better. We visited their showroom and spoke with Ray who was very helpful. Did the fireplacex design, sent to John who promptly responded with quote. We had the insert installed the next week. John and his crew were very professional, cleaned up and explained how to operate concisely. Highly recommend!
